Why does the elevator need to be fully replaced?
If a decrepit elevator is used for a long time, mechanical fatigue and change of characteristics or abrasion in electronic components cause each part to be impossible to function, which leads to frequent malfunctioning.
Simply replacing the malfunctioning parts with new ones can’t solve this problem fundamentally and will increase economic burden, so we need full replacement of the elevator in this case.
